    • The Voice of Firestone becomes a simulcast on KABC (TV) and radio today after 25 years on NBC as the premiere is seen at 8:30 pm same time it occupied on the other network.

    • After tonight's simulcast the show will originate at the Paramount Theater in New York. Howard Barlow continues as conductor of the 50-piece Firestone Symphony Orchestra.

    Trivia (1)

    • Firestone got mad and pulled out of NBC when the network took away its regular time-slot and tried to move it to another hour.
