  • Quotes (2)

    • Floyd Cardoz: (while shopping at the Whole Foods) I am still asking everybody what the heck is ambrosia, and every single person tells me it is a *$#&y dish. There is, uh, whipped cream, uh, marshmallows, toasted coconut. There are canned pineapple and canned oranges and canned cherries—three things that I can't understand how people eat them.

    • (Discussing last week's elimination, not least because of too-salty scallops.) Curtis Stone: The interesting thing is the critics were totally torn, and they really had a hard time letting you go. Sometimes things work out for a reason, and I'm super happy that you're back in the competition. Hugh Acheson: I brought a smaller salt shaker. (Everyone laughs.)

    Notes (1)

    • John Rivera Sedlar leaves the competition because of an emergency, so Hugh Acheson returns from last week's elimination to replace him.
