    • Trisha Says:
"This week I met Sylvia and Shamus. Sylvia had thrown Shamus, her partner of 6 years, out of the house three months ago as she had felt that he may not be Mr Right after all. Since the split Shamus had been trying, unsuccessfully, to woo her back. It was only by bringing them together to discuss their problems that the main issue emerged he wasn't able to express his emotions and as a result Sylvia felt unloved. By confronting Shamus, Sylvia gave him an ultimatum accept relationship counselling or stay away from her. Shamus agreed and I am pleased to tell you that after the show Shamus talked to our counsellor as a first step. Whereas before Shamus and Sylvia were going round and round in circles, they're starting to realise what they need to do to stop hurting each other and themselves."

    • Trisha Says:
"This new show reflects how you guys are feeling, so that's why I'm launching my 'Well Women's Club' one day this week. Covering everything from mind, body, spirit and soul, this is a Club where we can share thoughts and experiences. It's helping women to help women. This week, I heard some amazing stories from women who are suffering with hormone problems. Like Liz - she has PMS so badly she is reliant on anti-depressants. It's not a situation she or husband James wants to continue and I was really pleased to introduce them to the nutritionist Maryon Stewart. Maryon swears that if Liz follows her diet advice, all her symptoms will disappear. We'll definitely be following that and seeing if we can't help Liz rebuild her life. That's what the Well Women's Club is all about and I want you to be a part of it. Whatever your experience, join in and see if you can help someone live well!"

    • Trisha: After Receiving the 4 personalised Valentines Cards from Nick 'I'll Leave one in his golf bag, one in the car, one in the bed' Audience Laughs and Mumbles I'll leave 4 in the bed.

    • Trisha Says:
"For some Valentine's Day can be full of romance and heart-stopping surprise but for others it means being disappointed by the postman and staying in with a ready-meal for one! So, with Britain increasingly becoming a solo nation and more people looking for love, what mistakes are we making? I decided to get some answers on behalf of all those lonely ladies! This week I met some brave women who faced our panel of outspoken guys to get honest answers about where they were going wrong in finding a man who'd be good to them! John McCririck gave us an insight of the most important thing he looks for in a woman: big breasts! Life Coach and psychologist Dr Gary Wood was the voice of reason, and male model Quintin let us in on how some women come on so strongly they attract men who won't commit! And my advice? One of my favourite sayings is: 'If you don't like the fish you're catching, change the bait!' In other words, a new you will attract a new type of partner."

    • Trisha Says: Taken from official site This week I really enjoyed doing a show we called Trisha's Problem Page. My panel and I really got to grips with a lot of issues on this programme... and I'm hoping to see some of the guests returning a lot happier in future shows. Since I started my show here on Five we've been concentrating on changing peoples lives for the better. Me and my panel of experts have turned bashful bachelors into handsome hunks and bored housewives into sexy sirens! This week I decided we'd respond to the hundreds of letters and calls we've received asking to come up against our panel for expert advice. I had a wide range of guests - addicted to bedding bad boys, despising themselves for being gay and a man ashamed of paying strangers for sex! Friend of the show, Gill Cox was our relationship expert. Jo Hemmings dealt with body language issues. Kirsty Ginman came along as our Queen of confidence coaching and then Lynda Field was our sex expert believe me, she had a lot to deal with!
