  • show Description
  • Wild Arms: TV Wild Arms is a modern western anime, based on the video games. The story follows Sheyenne Rainstorm a twenty-five year old gunslinger who mysteriously wakes up in a prison safe-hold, known as Alcatraz, only to find himself in the body of a five year old boy (Note: everywhere you look everything says five but the body's age is more or less ten years not five). On a quest to find his real body, Sheyenne is joined by Dr. Kiel Aronnax, a scientist along to help Sheyenne and figure out the secret of the Arms, mysterious, ultra-rare weapons of unbelievable power that almost nobody in the universe can use. Two others who keep popping up during Sheyenne's quest are: Crest Sorceress, Loretta Oratorio and Crimson Noble, Mirabelle Graceland; two treasure hunters who never travel with Sheyenne and Kiel but always manage to show up in the same place as them, looking for a treasure of some kind. (That's how they found Sheyenne in the prison he was labeled a treasure.) Accompanying both groups are little creatures called Popepi Pipepoes. Popepi Pipepoes are intellectual creatures that can talk and live for thousands of years. Jerusha, a pink popepi pipepo accompanies Loretta and Mirabelle in their treasure hunting schemes. And Isaac,, a blue popepi pipepo and Jerusha's fifth ex-husband forcefully joins Sheyenne and Kiel after witnessing Sheyenne fire his gun. Both Jerusha and Isaac act as the voice of the two group adding their wisdom because both have been alive for 5,000 years. They act as if they hate one another but deep down still love each other. Wild Arms is a hilarious twist of the west, sex, lies and drama that is sure to intrigue everyone.moreless

  • Trivia & Quotes
  • Quotes (1)

    • Sheyenne: I am a reincarnation of the Evil Race. I don't give a damn about the Goddess.

    Notes (7)

    • Mirabelle is a Crimson Noble, a race imilar to Vampires in that they love the taste of blood.

    • Sheyenne is the only known person who can fire the ARMS, which is named Batour; and it's attachment.

    • The song played when the train came into the train station was very similar to the Wild ARMs theme of the first one (Wild ARMs).

    • It is revealed that some Crest Sorceresses are considered Reincarnations of the Evil Race. The art of forming crests have been long forgotten, and once they are used (unlike in the games) they cannot be used again. This is probably why they are so expensive, and Loretta is stingy with them.

    • It is revealed in this episode that the ARMs attachments can be used without Batour.

    • This is the second time the attachments to Batour are used along with the ARM. This is also the first time that both attachments are used at once. Sheyenne uses it to stop the second Twilight Venom from destroying Fargaia, which is now using Faluna, the moon, to be sent to the planet.

    • Valeria dies from firing the ARM too many times.

    Trivia (1)

    • In the Wild ARMs series, Crimson Nobles could never walk outside in daylight, or suffer very severe sunburns on their skin. One such crimson noble, Marivel, did just that, and nearly killed herself to save a village from a falling meteor.

    • In the video game Wild ARMs 2, there is another inescapable prison, Illsveil. When Ashley was falsely sent there for trying to assassinate someone of importance; he escaped, also finding Brad, another rather strong (and big) person, similar to Kiel. In the video game Wild ARMs 4, Illsveil makes a return. This time, it's a bit more sinister looking, but what makes it special, is that an ARM, the "Divine Weapon", is buried underneath it, a similar situation to Alcatraz in Wild ARMS TV.

    • Title: ARMS Crazy The title for this episode is a pun on the movie Girl Crazy.

    • Title: Desert Dragon Fantasy The title for this episode is a pun on many things: The 1934 film Big City Fantasy or on the titles the two video game giants Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy, respectively.
