John Henson: Man, that motivator is a total Ditka. This is a playful use of Mike Ditka's name. Mike Ditka is a former NFL football player, coach and sport commentator. He is most famous for his hot temper and his years as coach of the Chicago Bears.
John Anderson: Howard Cosell would be proud. In this reference John Anderson and John Henson are dressed as old-time sports commentators. Howard Cosell was a pro-lific sports commentator who was famous for "telling it like it is."
