Quotes (54)

  • Lee: (To Duncan) Just out of interest, when you finish having sex, do you say: "I'm out"? Duncan: Yeah. Frankie: The worst thing is his foreplay, which is "I'm in for 40%".

  • (On Jeffrey Archer writing all of his stories with a felt-tip pen) Dom: Hang on. He wrote a book when he was in prison. So all we need to know to work out if this true is, can you get felt-tip pens in prison? Natalie: Anyone? Lee: Frankie, you'll know this. What can you get in prison? Frankie: It depends just how much loving you're prepared to give.

  • Angus: Yes, it's the truth, Dom was at school with Osama bin Laden and still remembers those happy playground games like tag, stuck in the mud and die, infidel, die.

  • Angus: One useful tip, when spotting a liar, is that they often give themselves away by a variety of facial movements, unless, of course, the question you ask them is: "Have you had botox?"

  • Angus: John's right. Yes, apparently, it was a lie. Pam St. Clement was not a member of the British abseiling association and has not abseiled down mount Rushmore. Although, she did mount the north face of Frank Butcher.

  • John: I think it's false, but go for true if you wanna go for true, because you said you've never.. Lee: Alright, hissy mother, alright. Alright, then we'll just go with you. John: No, no, no. Lee: No. You've made your bed, you can lie on it. I doubt it very much, but John's always right. David: I don't understand why we have to sit here and watch this shit. Now, for God's sake make your f*cking mind up!

  • David: Very obsessive-compulsive people can sometimes do that, they sort of file their various excreta. John: How would you know? David: How would I know? John: About filing those sorts of things. David: Well, I'm a knowledgeable man, and it's part of my knowledge. You know, if I-- If I knew how I knew everything I knew, then I'd only be able to know half as much, because it would all be clogged up by where I know it from. So I cannot always cite my sources, I'm sorry.

  • David: (about Madonna) Maybe, by removing the toilet seats, she's created this sort of mystique, "oh, she has to remove her toilet seats, otherwise people will want to sell them", and in reality no-one would want to sell something that her old arse had touched.
