  • Quotes (4)

    • Jimmy: My demon seed, your deviled eggs... Christine: We're just a regular recipe for a couple of hell monkeys!

    • Jimmy: Ah, Greg, the boys are really testing you, huh? What time you going back tomorrow? Greg: We're not going back. I'm done. They're all yours. Jimmy: You're--you're kidding. You're giving up after one day? Christine: I thought you were going to fix them. Greg: You can't fix them, they're broken.

    • Greg: Sometimes the children need to be reminded who's in charge. You know, who the grown-ups are. Jimmy: Hey, my kids know who the grown-ups are. Christine: Shotgun! Jimmy: No fair! I called super shotgun yesterday! That lasts a whole week!

    • Greg: Thanks. Thanks a lot, Jimmy. Now I got Uday and Qusay mad at me. Jimmy: Can you believe that guy? Christine: I know. He thinks he knows everything. Jimmy: Who are Uday and Qusay? Christine: You don't know who Uday and Qusay are? Jimmy: Nope. Never understood Pig Latin.

    Notes (5)

    • A clip from this episode was featured on The Sharon Osbourne Show with Anthony Clark as a guest (October 3, 2003). Clark dished out many an interesting anecdote, such as the fact that Liza Snyder has a mouth like a sailor. "She should be living at your house," he said to Sharon.

    • Music: "A Moment in Peace" by The Brian Cline Band

    • Features clips from the audio version of Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now, along with a passage of Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham, read by Anthony Clark.

    • Madison and Marissa Poer join the cast as Emily Warner.

    • New opening credits (with rotating clips from past episodes) and theme song debut, the latter courtesy Bill Janovitz (whose band Buffalo Tom provided the theme for Mike O'Malley's self-titled NBC vehicle, as well as one of his stage plays). Despite the new main title theme, the music cues—modeled on the old theme—remain as is. The "created by" billing of the two co-creators is flipped in the new opener. Whereas in seasons 1-3, Alan Kirschenbaum's name came first, now Greg Garcia's does.

    Trivia (1)

    • In the scene where Greg confronts Jimmy and Christine about his parenting, you see Jimmy lean up and sit on the edge of the couch. In the next shot Jimmy is leaning back with his feet up with his arm around Christine.

    Allusions (1)

    • The episode title is a reference to Oliver Stone's movie, Natural Born Killers.
