  • Quotes (12)

    • Yin: Can I please have a scarf? Saranoia: Oh, no, I have something much better for you. Here's a hat and mittens. Yin: Neat! Saranoia: And here is some hot cocoa. Yin: Also neat! Saranoia: And here is a book of empowering female poetry. Yin: Right on! Saranoia: And here are some scarves for all of your friends! Yin: I'll go find some! Saranoia: You do that. Yang: Say, do you have a scarf for me? Saranoia: (shrieks) HASN'T SOCIETY UNFAIRLY GIVEN YOU ENOUGH?!?!

    • Ultimoose: (to the Rhino Guards): Guards, take out the trash! Rhino Guard: But trash pick-up isn't until Tuesday. Ultimoose: Ultimoose was using a metaphor!

    • Master Yo: As Woo Foo warriors, you only get two days off a year: on your birthday, (Yang puts on a birthday hat, Master Yo zaps him) which it's not; and on a Snow Day, (Yang, still scorched, puts on Santa Claus hat and beard, Master Yo zaps him again) which it is also not!

    • Yang: HEY! Nobody breaks my sister's toys except Master Yo's BUTT!!!

    • Yin: So now will you use your magic for good and make things right again? Yang: And get this redonkulous dress off me?

    Notes (1)

    • First appearance of Saranoia, and her gnome henchman (later identified in Party Favors as G.P.)

    Allusions (3)

    • Saranoia: Paranoia Paranoia: Paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by an excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion. Paranoid thinking typically includes persecutory beliefs concerning a perceived threat. Saranoia: She had a terrible childhood and always thinks men are like her lazy brother Mark and her boy-favoring wizard father, who she mistakes Yo as, just as she mistakes Yang for Mark. Unlike the other villains on the show, Saranoia is not pure evil, but she is comically psychotic.

    • Snowman Monster: Happy Birthday! The phrase uttered by the evil creature when it first came to life is the very same phrase used by Frosty the Snowman whenever he first came to life in the 1960's Rankin-Bass animated special of Frosty the Snowman and the 21st century release of the animated special of The Legend of Frosty the Snowman.

    • The Care Bears: Yin's description of the Two-ni-corns based on the way they live, what they do, and how they act, is very similar to the description of the very successful franchise characters that were originally animated by Nelvana from 1983-1988.
