Madeleine Martin: Biography
Just after Madelines's seventh birthday Broadway's eyes turned towards her when she starred in the Broadway National Tour of The Sound of Music with Richard Chamberlain. She received fantastic reviews for her performance in the title role of A day In The Death Of Joe Egg at the age of 10. Her stunning perfomance gave her the opportunity to be the youngest presenter in the history at the 2003 TonyŽ Awards. The New York Times Arts and Leisure section profiled her when she was 12 years old.
She also spent four seasons as the voice of Jojo on Jojo's Circus, Disney's successful animated television series. She has guest starred on Law and Order, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Hope and Faith and Saturday Night Live.
Being a skilled dancer she performed with the world-reowned New York City ballet at Lincoln Center in Christopher Weeldon's Scenes de Ballet, The Nutcracker and Balanchines's A Midsummer Night's Dream. She currently studying at the School of American Ballet.
