You really can begin to see the change in Margaret as she willingly embraces both Hawkeye and B.J.. Not only that, she calls them both by their nicknames. (edit) Frank gets in the last laugh as he makes a snide remark about Margaret's age. Also, we get to see a very rare scene as Frank shares a laugh with Hawkeye and B.J. after the remark. (edit) The plot device of Margaret getting married is pretty much setting everything up for Larry Linville's departure from the series. It also pretty much changes the dynamic of their relationship as now she begins to see him pretty much in the same light that everyone else sees him in. (edit) Neither Klinger or Mulcahy appear in this episode. (edit)

(talking about Frank)
Hawkeye: He took his gun and his toothbrush.
BJ: Shooting his mouth off again. (edit) Margaret: Since when have you ever given two hoots about Frank Burns?
Hawkeye: It's only one hoot. I just started. (edit) BJ: Frank, weren't you a Boy Scout?
Frank: Yes, I was. Later, I was Scoutmaster.
Hawkeye: Until those little ingrates set fire to his pants.
Frank: Not true! That was a drill. (edit) Potter: How's Major Burns taking the good news?
Margaret: Oh, I haven't told him yet.
Potter: I have a suggestion: Break it to him over a cup of phenobarb. (Margaret laughs and leaves) I'm not kidding! (edit) (talking about Margaret's news in the OR)
BJ: Well, whatever it is, she's playing it pretty close to the chest.
Frank: I heard that!
Hawkeye: Frank's right. You shouldn't mention Hot Lips' chest when it's not here to stand up for itself. (edit)
