Jack: Could you use a pint, extra sweet?
BJ: On the bus! (edit)
Jack: I'll send you a box of cigars.
Potter: I got nothin' to trade.
Jack: Just gift wrap a nurse. (edit)
Potter: (talking about Jack) If that character manages to get off the ground and bring back four wounded without killing them, him or the chopper, I want him to get a medal. Then I want him locked up. (edit)
(Hawkeye is eating a piece of chicken)
BJ: Where'd you get that?
Hawkeye: The Petrified Forest.
BJ: They still open? (edit)

Trivia

add »
Robert Hogan, who played Jack Mitchell, was a friend of Bernard Fein, the co-creator of Hogan's Heroes. Fein named Bob Crane's character after hin. (edit)
B.J. tells Corporal Owens that he "hasn't had the pleasure" of being at the front. In "Der Tag", he did go to a Battalion Aid station at the front. (edit)
It's interesting that Jack thought that by going one over Dangerous Dans record, he would automatically be "chopper pilot of the year". I would have thought that he would know that DD would get at least one more patient, UNLESS it were the last day of the competition. It should didn't seem to be anywhere near December 31st. (edit)
