In this, the intended first episode of the series, Matrix is killed by another hitman but sent back from the border of Hell, where he has to start his new "assignment" by helping out a mobster and his son who wants to become a hitman.

In the end Matrix has to tell her that he was the one who killed her father just as she was about to kill him.
