Tess: Sally, I'm so, so sorry for the mix up...
Sally: Mix up?
Tess: Yeah, I feel terrible... if I could just...
Sally (interrupts her): Tess, shut up! I know the real reason you did, what you did. Despite your claims to the contrary. You are in love with Nick! The thing is... I understand. Nick is the most wonderful guy in the world. Why wouldn't you love him... But we are together now, him and me! (points to herself)
Tess: Yeah I know that.
Sally: But there is still organic wheat business and we are neighbors. I just want you to know that I know! And you can't have him. (a bit of silence) I'll see you later then...
(As Sally is leaving Tess whispers )
