chaud is the vide president of blaze quest and his father is the president, it says so in episode 14 of megaman nt warrior

Probably because Chaud is always level-headed, he's a lot smarter than most people at his age and he knew's a lot more about NETnavis than most. That anmd keeping the company in the family probably helps too.
