Emma Hollis joins the Millennium Group in this episode.

Originally Fox never told the producers of Millennium that season three would be the last. So this is one of the reasons why the show's plots were never completely tied up.
(edit)
In the scene that forms the opening of Via Dolorosa and close to the end of this episode, Frank and Jordan are seen running down a school corridor. Though it's meant to be the same scene the two are not identical. In the first, the teacher is in the background in the corridor shouting at Frank that 'you can't just come in here and take her'. In the finale episode those words are spoken in the classroom itself, with her just coming out of the classroom to say 'Mr Black!'
(edit)
The episode is named for British writer Robert Graves' autobiography Goodbye to All That.
(edit)
Fox did not reveal that "Goodbye to All That" was the series finale to the public until the day of it's actual airing.
