Millette Alexander graduated from Northwestern University Drama School. She also attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and The Juilliard School of Music. She studied acting at the Neighborhood Playhouse with famed acting coach Lee Strasberg. She is the mother of three children: Adam, Will and Jenny. Millette has appeared on the Broadway stage in "Come Blow Your Horn" and "Jason & Medea". She also appeared in road tours of "A Shot In The Dark" and "The Fifth Season". She holds the distinction of creating three separate characters during the 28-year run of the classic serial "The Edge Of Night" and played central heroine "Dr. Sara McIntyre" on "Guiding Light" for 14 years from January 1969 to 1983. Millette was probably the first actress on a daytime serial to portray a dual role when she appeared as long-lost twins "Laura Hathaway Hillyer" and "Julie Jamison Hillyer" on EDGE OF NIGHT in the late 1960's. Ms. Alexander is now a classical pianist in a duo with Frank Daykin. In addition to the piano Millette also plays the violin and guitar. "Alexander & Daykin" have released 2 CDs "The Art Of The Fugue" by composer J.S. Bach and "Paris Originals" by DeBussy. Millette Alexander graduated from Northwestern University Drama School.
