12 Rounds is a 2009 action film starring WWE Superstar John Cena as Officer Danny Fisher. Miles Jackson (Aidan Gillen), an international terrorist who has escaped from prison and has a bone to pick with Danny Fisher kidnaps Molly Porter (Ashley Scott), Fisher's girlfriend. During a robbery attempt a few years before this event in which Danny Fisher accidentally caused the death of Miles Jackson's girlfriend. Jackson's plan is to make Officer Fisher fear for his girlfriend's life while having to complete 12 nearly impossible tasks in an allotted amount of time. Fisher has to race around the city of New Orleans stopping bombs from going off, banks from being robbed, and anything else the evil Miles Jackson has cooked up.
