88 Minutes is a 2008 action thriller starring Al Pacino, Alicia Witt, Leelee Sobieski, Amy Brenneman, William Forsythe and Neal McDonough. Dr. Jack Graham (Al Pacino) is a Seattle college professor who also works part-time as a FBI forensic psychologist. Nine years ago, Graham testified at the trial of serial killer, Jon Forster (Neal McDonough), thus securing his conviction. On the day of his execution, he receives a phone call from Forster, who tells Graham he only has 88 minutes to live. At the same time, a killer is on the loose killing victims using the same methods as Forster. FBI Special Agent Frank Parks (William Forsythe) steps in to investigate Graham's connection to one of the victims. Believing that Forster couldn't possibly acting alone, Graham narrows his accomplices down to two suspects: a disgruntled student, Mike Stempt (Benjamin McKenzie), and a jilted one-night-stand, Sara Pollard (Leah Cairns). But could there be someone else? Graham must use his extensive forensic skills to unravel the mystery and save his life.moreless
