A Cold Day in Hell is a western set in 1887 in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It continues the story of William Drayton (Jim Hilton), former Civil War sharpshooter, first told in the 2009 movie, All Hell Broke Loose. Drayton has hidden himself away in the high country after losing his wife and home, and wants nothing more than to disappear completely. He is being sought, however, by his daughter Elizabeth (Heather Clark), who he thought was long dead. Reunited, Drayton and Elizabeth plan to start a peaceful new life together, but trouble interferes in the form of Drayton's former employer Horace Scarsdale (Dave Long), corrupt banker and vicious robber baron. Scarsdale has gathered an army of guns for hire, known as the Company Men, and is determined to take over the town and build his railroad empire. Drayton comes out of hiding to make a stand against Scarsdale and his gang, facing impossible odds. The movie was written, directed, and produced by Christopher Forbes.
