A Face In The Fog is a classic 30s murder mystery about a masked killer that poisons the cast at a famous theater company. The world behind the curtain at the Alden theater is beginning to mirror the productions on stage. Poisoning people with strange, frozen bullets, a cloaked hunchback is killing off the cast members one by one. With fear and tension growing, the reporter team of Jean Monroe (June Collyer) and Frank Gordon (Lloyd Hughes) show up, ready to solve the case; when Jean publishes that she knows the killer's identity, the cops apprehend her suspect, but he too falls victim to the killer's poison bullet. With no leads and terror at an all time high, can Jean and Frank solve the case before they or anyone else meets a cold, dark end? Robert F. Hill directs this low budget thriller about murder under the lights.
