A Woman, Her Men and Her Futon is a 1997 American film written and directed by Michael Sibay, and starring Jennifer Rubin, Lance Edwards, Michael Cerveris, and Grant Show. When Helen (Rubin) goes through a traumatic divorce, she struggles to find her identity as a single, middle-aged woman. She begins a series of sexual exploits, discovering a side of her not fully realized during her married years. Helen is an ambitious filmmaker, who desperately wants to be recognized within her profession, but when her appetite for sex gets in the way of her career, she must make a difficult decision regarding her lust for men and her independence as a professional. One of her lovers offers her a job working on his own film, but Helen knows that she can't be in a sexual and professional relationship with a man at the same time. Helen further complicates the situation by remaining in a relationship with her ex-husband.
