Adrift in Manhattan is a 2007 indie drama about the intersecting lives of three people in New York City. Rose (Heather Graham) is a successful ophthalmologist who recently lost her son in a tragic accident. She is emotionally distant from everyone around her and is separated from her husband Mark (William Baldwin). Simon (Victor Rasuk) is a 20-year-old who works at a photo development store and still lives with his disturbed mother (Marlene Forte). He is stalking and photographing Rose after her unusual scarf captures his eye one day. Finally, there is the elderly mailroom worker Tommasso (Dominic Chianese), a patient of Rose's, who is losing his sight. Rose informs him he will be totally blind within one year. This is especially tragic because his passion is painting. Nevertheless, Tommasso tries to woo a much younger co-worker, Isabel (Elizabeth Pena). Adrift in Manhattan is directed by Alfredo de Villa, and written by Nat Moss.
