Rating:

Alien3 is a terrifying science fiction film directed by Ridley Scott and released in 1992 by 20th Century Fox. Picking up where the previous films in the franchise left off, Alien3 focuses on the tenacious Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) and her ongoing struggle against a race of vicious aliens. After her transport ship crashes, Ripley takes up residence at a nearby refinery and waits patiently for rescuers to arrive. Her contentment is short lived, however, when Ripley discovers that her ship was crashed by a juvenile alien. Stuck in the refinery with no way to leave the planet, she must fight for her survival and that of the others living nearby. To make matters even worse, the stowaway alien is rapidly growing into a huge and lethal adult. As the days pass with no word from the rescue vessel, Ripley is horrified to learn that the monstrous alien is the least of her problems. Alien3 has been extremely popular since its release and has become a classic of sci-fi horror films. It is also renowned for its amazing and intricate practical effects.
