All of Me, directed by Carl Reiner, is a comedy based on Edwin Davis' novel "Me Two". Edwina Cutwater (Lily Tomlin) is an eccentric and wealthy woman who, when she is told she hasn't long to live, calls in lawyer Roger Cobb (Steve Martin) to assist her in writing her will. Edwina has arranged to leave all her money to the beautiful Terry Hoskins (Victoria Tennant), and to have bumbling mystic Prahka Lasa (Richard Libertini) transfer her soul into the body of her younger beneficiary. When the ritual goes wrong, Edwina ends up occupying Roger's body. They each struggle for control with disastrous results. Roger's erratic behavior leads to the loss of his job and his girlfriend, but he must find a way to cooperate with Edwina's spirit in order to prevent the scheming Terry from making off with Edwina's fortune. All of Me was produced by Kings Road Entertainment and adapted for the screen by Henry Olek.
