American Bikers and Choppers goes inside America's motorcycle culture to reveal a surprising, atypical group of enthusiasts. Much of what is known about bikers comes from television and films. Over time, though, riders have become as diverse in their backgrounds and lifestyles as the motorcycles they ride. While some of today's riders do uphold the stereotype of denim, leather, and long hair, other modern-day bikers represent a full range of America's social spectrum. Today it is common to see high-tech racing street bikes, comfortable cruisers and hardcore choppers sharing the road with a brother-like affinity. This film includes raw footage and photos of motorcycles of all descriptions including rare, classic, modern and award-winning customs. Meet the owners of these bikes and visit the Harley Davidson conventions in New York and Florida. Check out the awesome rides and find out how Harley Davidson has influenced the motorcycle culture around the world.
