...And God Spoke is a comedic pseudo-documentary that follows the cast and crew of an epic Bible film, one that doesn't turn out the way the director had planned. Producer Marvin Handleman (Steve Rappaport) and Director Clive Walton (Michael Riley) set out to make a film of the size and grandeur of The Ten Commandments. However, a day into filming, they realize that they've accidentally exhausted the entirety of the studio's budget. Now the pressure is on to come up with a product to justify the money that has already been spent, and they're going to have to do it for free. They begin scouting around Los Angeles for exotic places to film and pull together a B-string cast of whomever they can get. Moses turns out to be a cameo of Soupy Sales with a beard that has clearly been glued on. There are surprise celebrity cameos and some hard to explain nude ninjas. The result is a comedic trek through a disaster in the making.moreless
