Andy Warhol's Bad is a 1977 comedic satire about an amoral set of characters from the famed artist's film enterprise. Andy Warhol and a series of creative collaborators filmed a series of campy, shocking explorations of modern life. In this final film from the Factory, industrious mom Hazel Aiken (Carroll Baker) runs a beauty salon in her home. She also provides killers for hire to make money on the side, from a lovely crew of ladies. One day, K.T. (Perry King), a drifter, shows up at her door and wants to be added to the assassin squad. Hazel prefers to use women, but since the cop she's paying off needs an arrest, she offers to use him on a trial basis. Meanwhile, her girls are busy with their usual work load, killing the dog of a man who called a neighbor fat or pushing a man onto the subway tracks. The film takes a tour of the seamy side of life and the casual contempt of its degenerate inhabitants.moreless
