Arlington Road is suspense thriller about a George Washington University professor, Michael Faraday (Jeff Bridges), who suspects his new neighbors of being domestic terrorists. When Faraday's wife, an FBI agent is killed by an extremist group, he is left to raise his young son alone. Faraday befriends Oliver Lang (Tim Robbins) and Cheryl Lang (Joan Cusack), when he comes to the aid of their injured son. After a series of strange encounters, Faraday becomes highly suspicious of the Lang's behavior. His obsession with terrorist groups after the death of his wife further fuels his suspicions. Faraday is convinced that the squeaky-clean, all-American image the Langs present is a facade. Faraday begins to dig into their history to either dispel or confirm his suspicions. Are the Langs members of a violent extremist group, or are they people being falsely accused by a man who can't let go of the past? Arlington Road is full of excitement and plot twists that will definitely keep the viewer guessing until the end.moreless
