Robert Rath is the best hit man money can buy, but is now contemplating an early retirement from his high risk profession. Rath accepts one last contract for a woman named Electra. His life is then turned upside down when he falls in love with his target. Before Rath is able to formulate a plan to protect his new love interest, he learns this his biggest rival, Miguel Bain, has also accepted a bounty for Electra. In order to save Electra, Rath must outsmart Bain in a deadly game of cat and mouse.
