Assault of the Party Nerds is a 1989 comedy directed by Richard Gabai. In the film, Ritchie Spencer (Richard Gabai) and his Lambda Alpha Eta fraternity brothers are preparing to graduate from college. Although the brothers are excited to graduate, they are bummed that their fraternity may not exist after this term because they are the only four members and have not recruited any new pledges to carry on the tradition. Ritchie and his three fraternity brothers know other students on campus feel they are nerdy and do not want to be associated with them. In order to increase recruits and save Lambda Alpha Eta from extinction, the four men plan an ultimate fraternity party that will, hopefully, attract new members and members from other fraternities. Unfortunately, rival fraternities hear about the party and vow to destroy it. Can Ritchie and his nerdy brothers save Lambda Alpha Eta from extinction, or are they doomed to fail?moreless
