At First Sight is a 1996 feature film about two men and their misadventures with various dates. The men are Lenny Kaminsky (Jonathan Silverman) and Joey Fortone (Dan Cortese). In the beginning of the movie, Lenny, a professional from Long Island, runs into a woman named Rhonda Glick (Allison Smith) at a planetarium. He quickly falls in love with her, and a romance ensues. Joey tries to give him all sorts of advice, but Lenny starts to doubt his friend's intellectual grasp of successful relationships. Joey has his own issues and is unexplainably drawn to various women who are all named Cindy. Lenny tries to set up his friend Joey with yet another Cindy, but it ends in catastrophe. Lenny's own romance begins to stagger as he realizes that Rhonda doesn't share many of the same interests as him. She doesn't even like Paul Simon's music. Will Lenny and Joey learn from their mistakes and finally have a lasting relationship?
