Baby Geniuses is a 1999 comedy about an evil child psychologist, Dr. Elena Kinder (Kathleen Turner), who suspects that babies can actually talk to each other and sets out to crack the baby code. She thinks that babies are actually geniuses until they begin to learn the ways of adults then lose their innate intuitive genius. With her assistant, Heep (Christopher Lloyd), Dr Kinder is studying a baby named Sly, who Kinder kidnapped at birth. Meanwhile, Sly has a twin, Whit, who is with her loving father and mother, Dan (Peter MacNichol) and Robin (Kim Cattrall), also researchers studying the same data. When Sly escapes from Dr. Kinder's lab and makes it to the mall, Whit coincidentally happens to be shopping with his parents. Together the twins stage a baby revolt to end all baby revolts. Baby Geniuses was directed by Bob Clark, and is based on a story by Steven Paul, Francisca Matos and Robert Grasmere.
