Babylon 5: The Lost Tales - Voices in the Dark is the first episode in a series known as Babylon 5, a sci-fi television show by Michael Straczynski. This DVD is a collection of two episodes and runs for about 75 minutes. Voices in the Dark takes place in the future, circa the year 2271. The plot is divided into two stories, the first part is called Voices in the Dark: Over Here. The plot follows Colonel Lochley (Tracy Scoggins), otherwise known as "Captain" during the series, as she faces ominous forces on B5, a space station she and her crew run. In her struggle to defeat this dark force, she is forced to call upon a priest on Earth to help save herself and the others. Meanwhile, during the second part of the film, called Voices in the Dark: Over There, a President named John Sheridan (Bruce Boxleitner), rides his new starship on a trip to visit B5, for it has been 10 years since the Interstellar Alliance formed, and he will join the crew aboard B5 for a celebration. As he makes his way to B5, he picks up a prince named Dius Vintari (Keegan Macintosh), who lives on the outside of space. They receive warning of a presence of dark forces from a group of beings called the Galen. Babylon 5: The Lost Tales - Voices in the Dark has received great recognition for the introduction of the idea of quantum space. Be sure to watch this dvd if you're a sci-fi buff!
