The movie follows two narcotic cops as they follow a drug-lord, Hector Juan Carlos 'Johnny' Tapia, from Miami all the way to Cuba. The two get into car chases, car crashes, and many fights with the drug-lord and his goons. The real drama and comedy starts when Marcus finds out that his partner Mike has been secretly dating his baby sister Syd. This movie is full of both laughs and action and will keep you in your seat.
