Rating:

Baghead is the 2008 independent horror dramedy sensation directed by Jay and Mark Duplass and distributed by Sony Pictures Classics. Matt (Ross Partridge) and Chad (Steve Zissis), spurred on by the fact that Matt's friend Jett (Jett Garner) has actually made a film that's playing the indie circuit, while their careers are stagnant, decide to hunker down at a cabin in the woods to finally make a film. They bring Michelle (Greta Gerwig) and Catherine (Elise Muller) along, both having the hots for Matt, much to the chagrin of Chad (who has a crush on Michelle). While there Michelle claims to have had a dream about seeing a mysterious person with a bag on his head, which in turn gives Matt an idea for the film. Bizarre mixture of comedy and horror via The Blair Witch Project style, and Bob Clark's Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things also comes to mind.
