Betrayal, also known as Lady Jayne: Killer, is a suspenseful drama film starring Julie du Page, Adam Baldwin and Erika Eleniak. Jayne Ferre (Julie du Page) is a tireless hit woman who works for the Italian mafia in Los Angeles. Jayne is an effective and efficient "businesswoman", however, when one of her assignments goes awry, she decides to flee the city. In a matter of hours, she hitches a ride with a mother and son who are also on the run. Kerry, a teenage boy, and his mother, Emily (Erika Eleniak) are hiding from a notorious drug dealer who wants Kerry's money. Jayne offers to cover all of their traveling expenses on their journey to Texas. But Kerry is not to be trusted. One night, as the three of them sleep in a motel, Kerry finds Jayne's hidden suitcase of money and steals it. He leaves Jayne and Emily behind, and sets out for Los Angeles where he plans to pay off his debt. Jayne then threatens Kerry by kidnapping his mom Emily. Jayne trusts her plan will work, but an FBI agent is on her tail, and is approaching quickly.moreless
