Dan Saxon (Charlie Sheen) is a cop plagued with emotional issues from his childhood. He is commissioned by an Arizona attorney to find the criminals behind a major drug trafficking scheme in Arizona. A menacing gang of biker boys are the attorney's main suspect. In order to infiltrate this tight-knit group, Dan must go undercover. His gateway to the unit is a man named Virgil (Leon Rippy) who teaches him all about the biker community. After spending time with Virgil, Dan is able to develop a convincing alter ego named "Sid" with which he befriends the leader of the group, the attorney's main lead, a man named "Blood" (Michael Madsen).
