Black Christmas is a 1974 Canadian horror/slasher movie that revolves around a sorority house preparing for the holiday season. During the girls' Christmas party, an obviously disoriented man climbs the house's trellis and enters the house through their attic window. The same night, sorority sister Jess Bradford (Olivia Hussey) receives another phone call from the man the girls have dubbed "the moaner". Bard Coard (Margot Kidder) takes the phone from her and jokingly smarts off to him, and he tells her he's going to kill her. Clare Harrison (Lynne Griffin) goes upstairs to pack after getting upset with Barb, and the party continues. The next day, no one can find Clare, but the police dismiss their claim as a girl who's run off with her boyfriend. The other girls try to continue on with their life, but people continue to disappear and the phone calls continue. The film also stars Keir Dullea as Peter Smythe, Jess' boyfriend, John Saxon as Lieutenant Fuller, and Andrea Martin as Phyllis Carlson.moreless
