Blankman is a 1994 action-comedy, starring Damon Wayans of Major Payne fame as main character Darryl Walker. That is, at least until his politically-active grandmother is murdered my mobsters. With that rude awakening to the harsh facts of life, Darryl decides to become Blankman. Since he does not have a superpower, he has to make his and, in the style of The Incredibles' inventor/villain Syndrome, he creates a vast array of weapons and gadgets. Only he plans to use them for good. Oh, and he has the little problem of an incredibly low budget. Wayans both starred in and co-wrote Blankman, putting forth a full effort to bring laughter to movie-goers through the film. With Blankman, Darryl proves that he still has what it takes to make audiences laugh.
