Blind Horizon is a tense, suspense-filled 2003 American film from director Michael Haussman. Frank Kavanaugh (Val Kilmer) wakes up in a small desert town with a gunshot wound to the head, and no memory of his life. The amnesic patient is tormented by flashes of memory, leading him to believe he has knowledge of a plot to assassinate the President. Worse still, Frank believes Chloe Richards (Neve Campbell), the woman who claims to be his wife, may be involved in the conspiracy. Doubting himself and his memories, Frank turns to Sheriff Jack Kold (Sam Shepard) for help. Despite having no proof at all, Frank is desperate for the Sheriff to believe him, frantically trying to explain his suspicions to the doubtful Sheriff. Dr. Ted Conway (Gil Bellows) doubts his patient's memories are real, but trauma nurse Liz Culpepper (Amy Smart) isn't so sure. Will Frank regain his memory in time to prevent an attempt on the President's life?
