Bloodhounds Of Broadway is a story of four gangsters and their dead end lives. Brain (Rutger Hauer) is a gangster and womanizer, Regret (Matt Dillon) is a gambler and Feet Samuels (Randy Quaid) is a killer. Feet is in love with a showgirl named Hortense Hathaway (Madona), but feels like she hardly even looks at him. When Hortense shows up at a diner and leaves immediately upon seeing him, Feet takes it as a confirmation that his love will never be reciprocated. He makes plans to commit suicide and sells his body to science. He, Regret and Brain head to a party, but a mob hitman stabs Brain twice before they can get very far. He is taken to a hospital, and the other two decide to head to the party without him. Feet still has some time to kill before he will kill himself, and Regret is determined to end his unlucky gambling streak once and for all.
