Boa is a gripping tale set in a high security prison. The prison is called New Alcatraz and is located in the middle of Antarctica. It is home to some of the world's deadliest criminals, and has a reputation of being one of the most secluded prisons in the world. A mining crew goes inside of the prison and begins their job when they stumble across a stange and massive rock formation. They don't realize that inside of the rock formation is a deadly, prehistoric snake that has been sleeping inside of the prison for years, unharmed. The miners awaken the snake and it goes on a killing rampage inside of the prison. Dr. Robert Trenton (Dean Cain) is called in to help subdue the snake along with a group of soldiers. The group of people must kill the snake before it kills everyone in the prison and escapes to the outside world.
