Body Parts is a 1991 slasher thriller movie directed by Eric Red. When Bill Chrashank (Jeff Fahey), a prison psychologist, gets into a car accident and loses his arm, the missing arm is replaced by a transplant arm from a death row inmate, which is grafted onto Bill's body. Things start to go horribly wrong as Bill begins to realize that the arm, which previously belonged to a serial killer, has a mind of its own. The arm begins to have violent outbursts and acts independently of Bill's body. Through a chance meeting with artist Remo Lacey (Brad Dourif), another person who received a limb transplant from the same donor, unlucky Bill soon begins to find out that the recipients of the killer's other limbs are also experiencing some unusual and uncontrollable outbursts from their replacement extremities. This film is a gory horror flick with buildup action that culminates its climax in a classic slasher ending.
