Body Work is a British 2001 comedy that is written and directed by Gareth Rhys Jones. Virgil Guppy (Hans Matheson) buys a used Jaguar. Little does he know, the people who sold it to him belong to an underground stolen car ring. For Virgil, it is his dream car but it breaks down right after he buys it and Virgil takes it back to get some work done. Things go horribly wrong for Virgil when a dead prostitute is found in the trunk and he is blamed for her murder. To prove his innocence, Virgil is forced into hiding and more deaths occur, racking up Virgil's body count. Quirky, funny characters make this an over the top comedic romp as Virgil tries to get himself out of trouble to reveal who the real murder is. When sexy Tiffany Shades (Charlotte Coleman) comes to Virgil's aid, his chances of survival greatly improve.
