Boot Camp is a 2009 drama directed by Christian Duguay. The film follows a group of teens sent to a rehabilitation camp on the remote island of Fiji by their parents, who believe it is a luxurious facility in a serene environment. When they arrive, the camp's leader, Dr. Hail (Peter Stormare), has the teens fitted with electronic bracelets to monitor their location. Rather than receive counseling, the teens are put to work cleaning the camp, growing crops and repairing buildings damaged in a hurricane. As the teens perform tasks, they are gradually given more privileges represented in the t-shirts they wear, starting from black and progressing through yellow to white. Once at the top of the system, white t-shirted teens lord over the newcomers. Dr. Hail's assistant, Logan (Tygh Runyan), an ex-marine, takes advantage of his power to abuse the teens and solicit sex from the girls in exchange for favors. Troubled teen Sophie (Mila Kunis) is unwilling to abide by the system. She enlists the help of her boyfriend Ben (Gregory Smith) to put an end to the system. When they find out the true extent of the abuse on the island, they will stop at nothing to put an end to it.moreless
