Bottoms Up is a 2006 direct to video comedy released by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The story deals with a young man named Owen Peadman, (Jason Mewes, Clerks, Clerks II, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, Feast) who is an outstanding bartender in Minnesota and works in his father's bar. However, his father needs money to keep the bar open and so Owen heads to Hollywood in order to win a bartender contest. Owen has an Uncle Earl, (David Keith, An Officer and A Gentleman, U-571, Behind Enemy Lines, Firestarter, Daredevil, Men of Honor) who shows Owen all the people he has to get to know as well as all the hot spots where most of the actors hang out. Uncle Earl is gay and he hides it from Owen until he has no choice but to let his secret out. Also stars the always reliable Paris Hilton.
