Moments after Amir succumbs to his illness, Bob gives him a serum that keeps his brain functioning. After that, Dr. Trenton is supposed to transplant the brain into a fresh body and give it plastic surgery to look like Amir again. Unfortunately, the doctor's deformed assistant, Gor (John Bloom), fails to get an acceptable body, so Dr. Trenton decides to transplant Amir's brain into Gor instead. When Bob learns of Amir's fate as a monster, he becomes determined to help his friend. However, it soon becomes clear that Dr. Trenton is hatching an evil plot to overthrow Amir and take over leadership of Kalid.
