Britney Baby, One More Time is a 2002 comedy directed by Ludi Boeken that presents the entertainment industry from a hilarious and twisted point of view. Dude Schmitz (Mark Borchardt) and Mike Schmitz (Mike Schank) are two filmmakers hired by a regional TV station to record an interview with famous pop music diva, Britney Spears. Their lack of experience leads them to a massive failure when Dude asks an inappropriate question that makes Britney leave right away. Disappointed by their misfortune, they head to a restaurant where they have the luck of meeting Angel Benton (Robert Stephens), a gay impersonator of Britney. Dude and Mike realize that this is their chance to become successful and famous. They accompany Angel on his adventurous road trip and record on camera his unique performances for truck drivers, sexual minorities and other colorful folk. Motivated by the promise to meet his idol, Angels puts a lot of passion in his acting, providing the filmmakers with a chance to produce a hilarious but thrilling movie.moreless
