Bruiser is a 2000 horror thriller, directed by George Romero, that tells the story of a disrespected man named Henry Creedlow (Jason Flemyng) who lashes out at those who have wronged him in the past. Henry is a small man, weighing less than 100 pounds, and his size is a metaphor for the ridicule he faces daily from those around him. While he is at home, his wife (Nina Garbiras) is out having extra-marital affairs, and while at work, his boss (Peter Stormare) is constantly on his back about his performance and berates him. After reaching his breaking point, Henry wakes up one day and realizes his face has turned white and featureless, almost like a blank canvas. Looking at this as a new start, he begins a murderous spree with the intent to dispatch with everyone who has wronged him and start inflicting pain on others the way that they have done to him.
