Bulletproof Heart is a film noir from 1994. Mick (Anthony LaPagilia) is a disillusioned hit man. Even though he's wealthy and good-looking, he suffers from an inability to find meaning in life because he is a hit-man. This existential trouble convinces Mick's boss, George (Peter Boyle) to give Mick some time off, but also gives him a new assignment. George wants Mick to kill Fiona (Mimi Rogers) who is a sultry woman who knows her end may be near because she owes a lot of money to many underworld characters. Mick takes his friend, Archie (Matt Craven) with him on this vacation where he is also supposed to kill Fiona. When Mick meets Fiona, he realizes that she is resigned to die and this causes more problems with Mick's delicate psyche, aside from the fact that he may be falling in love with Fiona. This film is the first movie directed by Mark Malone.
